नेप्सेमा अड लट कारोबार देखिने सुविधा सुरु टीएमएसमा भने अझै अद्यावधिक छैन NEPSE Enables Odd Lot Visibility on Website; TMS Yet to Reflect Updates
सामान्य लगानीकर्ताको मागपछि नेप्सेले २०८२ साउन १ गतेदेखि अड लट शेयरको खरिद–बिक्री आदेश नेप्सेको वेबसाइटको मार्केट डेप्थमा देखिने व्यवस्था सुरु गरेको छ । यसले अड लट सेयर भएकाहरूका लागि जानकारी लिन सजिलो भएको छ। यद्यपि, टीएमएसमा भने यस्ता आदेशहरू अझै देखिँदैनन्।
कारोबार गर्न लगानीकर्ताले वेबसाइटमा मूल्य हेरेर टीएमएसमा गएर आदेश दिनुपर्नेछ । धितोपत्र कारोबार विनियमावली अनुसार अड लट भन्नाले १० कित्ताभन्दा कम (रु १०० अंकित मूल्यमा) कारोबारलाई जनाइन्छ। अड लटको कारोबारले मूल्य परिवर्तन सीमा वा सूचकमा असर पार्दैन भने बोर्ड लटलाई टुक्र्याउन नपाइने व्यवस्था छ ।
In response to general investors’ demands, NEPSE has implemented a new provision effective from Shrawan 1, 2082 (July 17, 2025), allowing odd lot share buy/sell orders to be visible in the market depth section of its website. This change makes it easier for investors holding odd lot shares to access price and order information. However, such orders are still not displayed in the TMS system. To place a trade, investors must first check the order details on NEPSE’s website and then enter the order manually on TMS.
According to the Securities Trading Regulations, “odd lot” refers to transactions involving fewer than 10 units of shares (with a par value of Rs. 100). Odd lot transactions do not affect price limits or index movements, and board lot shares are not allowed to be split.
