नयाँ आर्थिक वर्ष प्रारम्भ : बजेटका प्रावधान आजदेखि लागूNew Fiscal Year Begins: Budget Provisions Effective from Today
आज साउन १ गतेदेखि नयाँ आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२ / ८३ सुरु भएको छ । उपप्रधानमन्त्री तथा अर्थमन्त्री विष्णु पौडेलले जेठ १५ मा सार्वजनिक गरेको १९ खर्ब ६४ अर्बको बजेट आजैदेखि कार्यान्वयनमा गएको हो ।
अर्थ मन्त्रालयले बजेट कार्यान्वयन मार्गदर्शन तयार गरी सबै मन्त्रालय, विभाग, निकायलाई सर्कुलर पठाइसकेको छ। बजेट अनुसार चालु खर्चमा ११ खर्ब ८० अर्ब, पुँजीगततर्फ ४ खर्ब ७ अर्ब, र वित्त व्यवस्थापनमा ३ खर्ब ७५ अर्ब २४ करोड विनियोजन गरिएको छ ।
यस बजेटका लागि राजस्वबाट १३ खर्ब १५ अर्ब, वैदेशिक अनुदान ५३ अर्ब, वैदेशिक ऋण २ खर्ब ३३ अर्ब, र आन्तरिक ऋण ३ खर्ब ६२ अर्ब स्रोतका रूपमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ । साथै, करसम्बन्धी सबै व्यवस्था पनि आजैबाट लागू भएका छन्। सरकारले बजेट कार्यान्वयनमार्फत आर्थिक वृद्धि दर ६% पुर्याउने लक्ष्य लिएको छ ।
The new fiscal year 2082/83 has officially commenced from today, i.e., the 1st of Shrawan. The budget of NPR 1.964 trillion, presented by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel on Jestha 15, has come into effect starting today. The Ministry of Finance has already issued implementation guidelines and circulars to all ministries, departments, and government bodies.
According to the budget allocation, NPR 1.18 trillion is earmarked for recurrent expenditure, NPR 407 billion for capital expenditure, and NPR 375.24 billion for financial management. The sources of funding for this budget include NPR 1.315 trillion in revenue, NPR 53 billion in foreign grants, NPR 233 billion in foreign loans, and NPR 362 billion in domestic loans.
Additionally, all tax-related provisions announced in the budget have also come into force from today. Through this budget implementation, the government aims to achieve an economic growth rate of 6%.
