एनआईसी एसिया लघुवित्तको १ करोड ४५ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक सेयरको ‘लक इन’ अवधि असार १९ गते सकिने भएको छ । यसपछि असार २० गतेदेखि संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो सेयर बजारमा बिक्री गर्न सक्नेछन् । कम्पनीको सेयर २०७७ साल असार २० गते बाँडफाँट भएको हो । सेयर रजिष्ट्रार एनआईसी एसिया क्यापिटल हो ।
The lock-in period for NIC Asia Laghubitta's 1.45 million promoter shares will end on Asar 19. Starting Asar 20 (July 4, 2025), promoter shareholders will be eligible to trade their shares in the market. The company's IPO allotment had taken place on Asar 20, 2077. NIC Asia Capital is the share registrar for the company.
