असोज ९ गते, बिहीबार नेपाल ल्यूब आयल लिमिटेड (NLO) को लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले असोज १२ देखि ३१ गतेसम्म बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकाले आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी कायम भएका शेयरधनीहरुले लाभांश पाउनेछन्।
गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट कम्पनीले २० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र कर प्रयोजनार्थ १.०५२६४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले असोज ३१ गते, पुल्चोकस्थित द प्लाजामा ३४औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ।
सभामा बोनस र नगद लाभांश पारित गर्नुका साथै २०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने, प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्ने, सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावहरु छलफल हुनेछ। सभा बिहान ११:३० बजे सुरु हुने जनाइएको छ।
Thursday, September 25 (Ashoj 9) is the final day for shareholders of Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) to secure dividends. The company has announced a book closure from September 28 to October 17 (Ashoj 12–31), meaning only those holding shares by today will be eligible for dividends and AGM participation.
NLO has declared a 20% bonus share and 1.05264% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from last fiscal year’s profit. To approve these proposals, the company has scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 31 (Ashoj 31) at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, starting at 11:30 AM.
The AGM agenda includes approval of bonus and cash dividends, issuance of 200% rights shares, amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association, and the appointment of directors representing public shareholders.
