नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्षको दशैंमा नयाँ नोट वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। नयाँ नोटको सट्टा, राष्ट्र बैंकले सुकिला नोट मात्र चल्तीमा ल्याउने जनाएको छ।

नयाँ नोट वितरण स्थगित: हरेक वर्ष चाडपर्व लक्षित नयाँ नोट वितरण गर्दै आएको राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्ष दशैंमा नयाँ नोट वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
सुकिला नोटको सटही व्यवस्था: एक वर्षअघि बजारमा पठाइएका र फिर्ता आएका सुकिला नोटलाई बैंकमार्फत सटही व्यवस्था मिलाइनेछ।
वितरण प्रणालीमा परिवर्तन: विगतमा नयाँ नोट वितरण गर्न ३-४ महिनाअगावै छपाइ गरेर भण्डार गरिने थियो। यस पटक नयाँ नोट सटही चलन बन्द गरेसँगै आगामी वर्षमा पनि यसले निरन्तरता पाउने बताइएको छ।
पूर्व निर्धारित सटही सीमा: विगतमा राष्ट्र बैंकले प्रतिव्यक्ति १८ हजार ५ सय र प्रतिबैंक ६ करोड १० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरका ५, १०, २०, ५० र १०० रुपैयाँका नोट सटही सुविधा दिन्थ्यो। यस पटक सुकिला नोटको सटहीलाई साना र ठूला दरको सीमा तोकेर व्यवस्था गरिनेछ।

राष्ट्र बैंकको यो नयाँ निर्णयले दशैंका समयमा नयाँ नोटको सटही चलनमा परिमार्जन ल्याएको छ, जसले भविष्यमा पनि निरन्तरता पाउने सम्भावना रहेको छ।
