राष्ट्र बैंकले ६० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट खिच्दैNRB to Withdraw Rs 60 Billion from Banking System
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले तरलता व्यवस्थापनका लागि आज फेरि बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट ६० अर्ब रुपैयाँ निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणमार्फत खिच्ने भएको छ। यसका लागि दिउँसो ३ बजे बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन हुनेछ। इच्छुक बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँदेखि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन् भने बढीमा ५ करोडको गुणकमा बोलकबोल गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
यस बोलकबोलमा ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। निक्षेप संकलन ३१ दिनको अवधि रहनेछ र असोज १ गते साँवा तथा ब्याज भुक्तानी गरिने राष्ट्र बैंकले स्पष्ट पारेको छ। बहुब्याजदर प्रणालीमार्फत बोलकबोल गर्न सकिने भएकाले प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक दरमा कोष संकलन हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is once again set to absorb Rs 60 billion from the banking system today in a bid to manage excess liquidity. The central bank announced that the deposit collection operation will take place at 3 PM through a competitive bidding process. Participating banks and financial institutions can submit bids starting from a minimum of Rs 1 billion, in multiples of Rs 500 million.
Only ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ class banks and financial institutions are eligible to take part in the auction. The instrument will have a maturity period of 31 days, with repayment of principal and interest scheduled for October 17. NRB has also allowed multiple bids under a multi-rate system, ensuring competitive interest rates during the collection process.
