एनआईसी एसिया बैंकको १४ लाखभन्दा बढी कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीमाOver 1.4 Million Shares Up for Sale Of NIC Asia Bank
NIC Asia Bank has put 1,446,884 shares of five companies under its ownership up for sale, starting from March 3 (Chaitra 3). The shares include 1 million units of Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA), 287,842 units of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta, 59,060 units of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta, 50,000 units of Suryajyoti Life Insurance, and 50,000 units of Citizens Investment Trust. The minimum prices set for these shares are NPR 105, NPR 540, NPR 269, NPR 159, and NPR 696 per share, respectively.
Investors interested in purchasing the shares must submit bids at or above the minimum price. Bids can be submitted at NIC Asia Capital’s office in Thapathali, the bank’s corporate office in Thapathali, or its branches in Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, and Birendranagar. The deadline for submitting bids is March 10 (Chaitra 10). Eligible investors can apply for the desired number of shares, including the option to bid for the entire lot.
एनआईसी एसिया बैंकले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५ वटा कम्पनीको १४ लाख ४६ हजार ८८४ कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। यो लिलामी आज चैत ३ गतेबाट सुरु भएको हो। बिक्रीमा राखिएको सेयरमा नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक (निफ्रा)को १० लाख कित्ता, जीवन विकास लघुवित्तको २ लाख ८७ हजार ८४२ कित्ता, सूर्योदय वोमी लघुवित्तको ५९ हजार ६० कित्ता, सूर्यज्योति लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको ५० हजार कित्ता र नागरिक लगानी कोषको ५० हजार कित्ता समावेश छ। यी सेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य क्रमशः १०५, ५४०, २६९, १५९ र ६९६ रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ।
लगानीकर्ताले शेयर खरिदका लागि बोलपत्र पेस गर्दा न्यूनतम मूल्य वा त्यसभन्दा बढी मूल्यमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। बोलपत्र पेस गर्ने ठाउँमा एनआईसी एसिया क्यापिटलको थापाथली कार्यालय, बैंकको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय वा काठमाडौं, विराटनगर, वीरगन्ज, पोखरा, बुटवल, धनगढी र वीरेन्द्रनगरका शाखाहरु समावेश छन्। बोलपत्र पेस गर्ने अन्तिम मिति चैत १० गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ। योग्य लगानीकर्ताले आफूले चाहेको शेयर संख्या खुलाएर सम्पूर्ण सेयरका लागि समेत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
