पिपुल्स पावर लिमिटेडले १:०.५० को अनुपातमा आज देखि हकप्रद सेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको ५० प्रतिशत बराबरको हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले कुल ३१ लाख ६३ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर, रु ३१ करोड ६३ लाख बराबरको सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो। हकप्रद सेयरमा आवेदन दिनको लागि अन्तिम म्याद साउन ११ गते तोकिएको छ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्काशनका लागि असार २ गते बुक क्लोज गरेकोले असार १ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरू मात्र यस हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिन योग्य हुनेछन। प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको छ।
People's Power Limited has opened the sale of right shares from today in the ratio of 1:0.50. The company has issued right shares equivalent to 50 percent of its current paid-up capital.
The company has put up for sale a total of 3163,000 units of right shares, worth Rs 316.3 million. The last date to apply for right shares is 11th Shrawan.
As the company closed the book for the right share issue on 2nd Ashar, only shareholders who were in existence till 1st Ashar will be eligible to apply for this right share. Prabhu Capital Limited is the sale manager.
