प्रभु बैंकले आफ्ना सेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको ९ लाख ४७ हजार २७३ कित्ता सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। यो सेयर खरिदको अवसर हाललाई बैंकका विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीका लागि मात्र सीमित गरिएको छ। यद्यपि, बैंकले यो सेयरको मूल्य भने अझै तोकेको छैन।
सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीले फागुन २२ गतेदेखि ३५ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। यदि उक्त अवधिमा संस्थापक सेयरधनीबाट आवेदन प्राप्त भएन भने बैंकले अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई समेत सेयर बिक्री खुला गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Prabhu Bank has put up 947,273 shares, registered under the names of its shareholders, for sale. For now, only the bank’s existing institutional shareholders are eligible to apply for these shares. However, the bank has not yet specified the price of these shares.
Interested institutional shareholders must submit their applications to the bank’s central office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within 35 days starting from Falgun 22. The bank has stated that if no applications are received from existing shareholders within this period, the shares will then be offered for sale to other individuals or entities as well.
