प्रभु इन्स्योरेन्सको साउन २ गते बुक क्लोज: १८% बोनस सेयर वितरण प्रस्ताव
प्रभु इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीले साउन २३ गतेका लागि वार्षिक साधारणसभा आह्वान गरेको छ। असार २४ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले सो निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले हाल कायम १ अर्ब ४४ करोड रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीमा ०.९४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश र १८ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरणको प्रस्ताव साधारणसभामा पेश गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
बोनस सेयर वितरणपछि कायम हुने पुँजीमा ४७ प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि कम्पनीले ल्याएको छ, जसले आगामी पूँजी विस्तारमा सहयोग पुर्याउनेछ।
कम्पनीले साउन २ गते सेयर दाखिला खारेज (बुक क्लोज) मिति तोकेको छ। यसअनुसार साउन १ गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनीहरूले मात्र साधारणसभामा भाग लिन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Prabhu Insurance Company has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Shrawan 23 (August 7). The decision was made during the board meeting held on Asar 24.
The company plans to propose a 0.94% cash dividend and an 18% bonus share on the current paid-up capital of NPR 1.44 billion during the AGM.
Following the distribution of the proposed 18% bonus shares, the company has also announced its plan to issue a 47% rights share based on the increased paid-up capital.
The company has set Shrawan 2 (August 6) as the book closure date. Only shareholders holding shares until Shrawan 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed bonus shares.
