प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरू क्रमशः: ६,००,००० कित्ता, ५,००,००० कित्ता, २,००,००० कित्ता, १,३०० कित्ता र १३,६०० कित्ता बिक्री गर्न सञ्चालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन दिनुभएको हुनाले 'बीमकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७' को निर्देशन नं. ११ बमोजिम यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
उल्लेखित शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले तोके बमोजिमको Fit and Proper Test को मापदण्ड पूरा हुने आवश्यक कागजातहरू सहित यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ।
निर्धारित समयभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट शेयर खरिदका लागि कुनै पनि आवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा प्रचलित कानून र नियम बमोजिम उक्त शेयरहरू संस्थापक बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा अवगत गराइन्छ।

Existing promoter shareholders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited have submitted applications to the Board of Directors to sell promoter shares registered in their names, totaling: ६,००,००० units, ५,००,००० units, २,००,००० units, १,३०० units, and १३,६०० units respectively. Therefore, this notice has been published as per Directive No. ११ of the 'Insurer's Promoter Share Transaction Directive, २०७७'.
Existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the aforementioned shares are informed to submit applications along with necessary documents, fulfilling the criteria of the Fit and Proper Test as specified by the Nepal Beema Pradhikaran, to the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.
It is also informed by this notice that if no application for share purchase is received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the process of selling these shares to individuals or institutions other than promoters will be initiated as per prevailing laws and regulations.
