प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफूले धारण गरेको शेयरमध्ये १६,९९,२४१ कित्ता बिक्री गर्न इच्छुक भई साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि मिति २०८३/०१/१५ गतेको राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक दैनिक पत्रिकामा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र साविकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट कुनै पनि शेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन नपरेकाले सर्वसाधारणका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संघ-संस्थाहरूले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिनभित्र नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणले तोकेबमोजिम (Fit & Proper Test) को मापदण्ड पूरा हुने आवश्यक कागजातहरू सहित यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन जानकारी गराइन्छ।

Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited's promoter shareholders, willing to sell १६,९९,२४१ units of shares held by them, had published a public notice for ३५ (thirty-five) days in the Rastriya Aarthik Dainik newspaper on २०८३/०१/१५ for existing promoter shareholders. As no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders within that period for the purchase of any shares, this notice has been published for the general public.
Interested general public individuals or organizations wishing to purchase the said shares are informed to submit an application along with necessary documents fulfilling the criteria of (Fit & Proper Test) as specified by the Nepal Insurance Authority, within ७ (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, to the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
