सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले विभिन्न सरकारी निकायको सिफारिसमा चारवटा निर्माण कम्पनी तथा आपूर्तिकर्तालाई दुई वर्षका लागि कालोसूचीमा राख्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कार्यालयले सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन र नियमावलीमा भएको व्यवस्थाअनुसार कारबाही गर्दै उक्त सूचना सार्वजनिक गरेको हो।
कालोसूचीमा पर्नेहरूमा बाँकेको कोहलपुरस्थित एस.एस. निर्माण सेवा प्रा.लि., एस.एस. निर्माण सेवा एन्ड सप्लायर्स र गगन निर्माण सेवा रहेका छन्। यी तीनवटै कम्पनीलाई सडक डिभिजन कार्यालय, नेपालगञ्जको सिफारिसमा कारबाही गरिएको हो। यसैगरी, सडक डिभिजन कार्यालय चन्द्रनिगाहपुर, रौतहटको सिफारिसमा अर्को एक निर्माण कम्पनी पनि कालोसूचीमा परेको छ।
कार्यालयका अनुसार कालोसूचीमा परेका यी कम्पनी तथा व्यवसायीहरूले कारबाही अवधिभर (आगामी दुई वर्षसम्म) कुनै पनि सार्वजनिक निकायको खरिद तथा ठेक्का प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन पाउने छैनन्। सम्झौताअनुसार काम नगर्ने र नियम उल्लंघन गर्ने प्रवृत्तिको अन्त्य गर्न यस्तो कदम चालिएको बताइएको छ।
The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has decided to blacklist four construction companies and suppliers for two years, following recommendations from various government agencies. The PPMO published a notice detailing this action, which was taken in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulation.
The blacklisted entities include S.S. Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd., S.S. Nirman Sewa and Suppliers, and Gagan Nirman Sewa, all based in Kohalpur, Banke. These three companies were blacklisted based on the recommendation of the Road Division Office, Nepalgunj. Additionally, another construction company was blacklisted following a recommendation from the Road Division Office in Chandranigahpur, Rautahat.
According to the PPMO, these blacklisted companies and suppliers will be barred from participating in any public procurement or bidding processes for the duration of the two-year penalty period. This action aims to discourage the tendency of contractors failing to complete work as per their agreements and violating procurement rules.
