Pure Energy Limited is set to issue an IPO for the general public from Chaitra 28. The company was authorized to issue a total of 1.6 million shares at a price of NPR 100 per share. In the first phase, 160,000 shares were allocated to project-affected locals, and 144,000 shares were distributed to Nepalis working abroad.
Now, in the second phase, out of the remaining 1,296,000 shares, 72,000 shares are reserved for mutual funds, and 28,800 shares are set aside for employees. The remaining 1,195,200 shares will be issued to the general public. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. The last date to apply is until Baisakh 2.
