हितग्राही खाता (DEMAT ACCOUNT) नविकरण गर्ने बारे
अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
यस आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेडमा हितग्राही खाता भएका सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुले धितोपत्रको केन्द्रीय निक्षेप सेवा विनियमावली, २०६८ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम आ.व.२०८२/२०८३ सम्मको हितग्राही खाता खोली संचालन गरे वापत प्रत्येक आ.व.को रु.१००/- (अक्षरेपी रु. एक सय मात्र) नविकरण शुल्क मिति २०८३ साल आषाढ मसान्तभित्र आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु वा राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक लिमिटेडको आफूलाई पायक पर्ने नजिकको शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क राखी तपसिलमा उल्लेखित बैंक खाता तथा अन्य डिजिटल माध्यमबाट भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

तोकिएको समयावधि भित्र वार्षिक शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेको अवस्थामा उक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेसम्मका लागि सि.डि.एस. एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लिमिटेडबाट हितग्राही खाता स्वतः रोक्का (FREEZE) हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई जानकारी गराइन्छ।
साथै, MEROSHARE सेवा लिइ रहनु भएका हितग्राही महानुभावहरुले सो सेवा सञ्चालनमा आएको एक वर्षको अवधिभित्र नविकरण गरि सक्नु पर्ने र सो समयावधि भित्र नविकरण नभएमा उक्त सेवा स्वतः बन्द हुने हुदा समयमा नै नविकरण गरि सेवा सूचारु गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
पुनश्चः KYC Update गर्न बाँकी सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई यस आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु तथा राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा राष्ट्रिय परिचय-पत्र सहित सम्पर्क राखि अद्यावधिक गरी सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
Regarding the renewal of Beneficiary Account (DEMAT ACCOUNT)
Extremely Important Notice
All beneficiaries who have a beneficiary account with RBBMBL Merchant Banking Limited are requested to contact the nearest branch offices of RBBMBL Merchant Banking Limited, Teku or Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, which are convenient for them, and pay the annual renewal fee of Rs. १००/- (In words: Rupees One Hundred Only) for each fiscal year up to F.Y. २०८२/२०८३ for opening and operating the beneficiary account, as per the provisions of the Central Depository Services Regulations, २०६८, by the end of Ashadh २०८३, using the bank account mentioned in the details below and other digital payment methods.

It is hereby informed to all beneficiaries that if the annual fee is not paid within the stipulated period, the beneficiary account will be automatically frozen (FREEZE) by CDS and Clearing Limited until the said fee is paid.
Furthermore, beneficiaries who are using MEROSHARE service must renew the service within one year from the date of its activation, and if it is not renewed within that period, the service will be automatically closed. Therefore, you are requested to renew on time to keep the service active.
P.S.: All beneficiaries who are yet to update their KYC are requested to contact RBBMBL Merchant Banking Limited, Teku and the branch offices of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited with their National ID card and cooperate in updating it.
