श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या २०८०/८१, चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल ५,१९,६८,००० कित्ता शेयर (बोनस सहित) मध्ये तपशिलमा उल्लेखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु तथा कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको लक इन अवधि (Lock-In Period) देहाय बमोजिमको मितिमा समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियमनकारी निकाय तथा सबै सरोकारवालाहरुलाई जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

As per the directive from Nepal Securities Board's letter number २०८०/८१, dispatch number १५२३ dated २०८०/०८/२५, this notice is published for the information of all esteemed shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all concerned parties, stating that the lock-in period for shares owned by the promoter shareholders and employees mentioned in the table below, out of the total ५,१९,६८,००० shares (including bonus shares) registered with the Nepal Securities Board for this company, will expire on the dates specified below.
