नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड प.स.२०८०।०८१, च.नं. ११७५, मिति २०८०।०७।२० को निर्देशानुसार यस रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स लिमिटेडको जारी पूँजी रु.१,९०,००,००,०००/- (अक्षेरेपी एक अर्ब नब्बे करोड) को १०.१४ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने कुल १९,२६,६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर मध्येबाट सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गर्न छुट्याईएको ११,५५,९६० कित्ता शेयरको ५ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने ५७,७९८ कित्ता शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयरहरुको लक-ईन (Lock-In) अवधि सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँड भएको मिति २०८२।०१।१८ ले छ (६) महिना अर्थात २०८२/०७/१८ मा लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने बेहोरा नियामक निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता एवं सरोकारवालाहरुमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
As per the directive of Nepal Securities Board, Ref. No. २०८०।०८१, Letter No. ११७५, dated २०८०।०७।२०, out of the total १९,२६,६०० ordinary shares, which constitute १०.१४ percent of the issued capital of Reliance Spinning Mills Limited, amounting to रु.१,९०,००,००,०००/- (one billion ninety crores), ५७,७९८ shares, which is ५ percent of the ११,५५,९६० shares allocated for public issuance, were allotted to collective investment schemes. The lock-in period for these shares will expire on २०८२/०७/१८, which is six (६) months from the date of allotment to the general public, i.e., २०८२।०१।१८. This notice has been published for the information of regulatory bodies and all investors and stakeholders.
