काठमाडौं । कास्कीको रुपाकोटमा सञ्चालन हुँदै आएको रुपाकोट रिसोर्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्ने तयारी थालेको छ।
आईपीओ निष्कासन प्रक्रियाका लागि कम्पनीले एनआईसी एसिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई शेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नियुक्त गरेको छ। यससम्बन्धी सम्झौता दुवै संस्थाबीच सम्पन्न भएको हो।
एनआईसी एसिया क्यापिटलले कम्पनीलाई आईपीओ निष्कासनका लागि आवश्यक परामर्श, प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थापन र कानुनी सहजीकरण उपलब्ध गराउने जनाएको छ। क्यापिटलले आफ्नो ‘आइडिया टु आईपीओ’ सेवाअन्तर्गत निजी कम्पनीलाई सार्वजनिक कम्पनीमा रूपान्तरण गर्न सहयोग गर्दै आएको छ।
पोखरा नजिकैको रुपाकोट क्षेत्रमा रहेको रिसोर्टले पर्यटन तथा आतिथ्य क्षेत्रमा आफ्नो पहिचान बनाउँदै आएको छ। हिमाली दृश्य, प्राकृतिक वातावरण र रुपा तथा बेगनास तालको अवलोकन गर्न सकिने स्थानका कारण रिसोर्ट आन्तरिक तथा बाह्य पर्यटकको आकर्षण बन्दै गएको कम्पनीको दाबी छ।

पर्यटन क्षेत्रका कम्पनीहरू पछिल्लो समय पूँजी बजारमार्फत सर्वसाधारणको सहभागिता बढाउने प्रयासमा देखिएका छन्। रुपाकोट रिसोर्टको आईपीओ तयारीले आतिथ्य तथा पर्यटन क्षेत्रमा समेत पूँजी बजारको पहुँच विस्तार हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu. Rupakot Resort Limited, a hospitality company based in Kaski, has started preparations to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.
The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the proposed IPO. An agreement regarding the appointment has been signed between Rupakot Resort, located at Rupa-6, Maidan, Kaski, and NIC Asia Capital.
NIC Asia Capital will provide the necessary advisory, procedural support, and facilitation services required for the IPO process. Under its “Idea to IPO” service, the capital company has been assisting private companies in preparing for conversion into public companies and entering the capital market.
Rupakot Resort has established itself as a growing destination in Nepal’s tourism and hospitality sector. Located in a scenic area near Pokhara, the resort offers views of the Himalayan range along with panoramic views of Rupa and Begnas lakes.
The company has been expanding its hospitality facilities, including accommodation, food and beverage services, recreation facilities, and venues for corporate events, conferences, weddings, and other programs.
Through the proposed IPO, the resort aims to raise capital for future expansion and strengthen its position in Nepal’s tourism industry.
The move also reflects the growing trend of tourism and hospitality businesses seeking capital market access to finance expansion and allow wider public participation in ownership.
