यस सगरमाथा लुम्बिनी इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडका बीमितहरुले लिएका बीमालेख अन्तर्गत क्षति भई मिति २०८२ चैत्र मसान्त सम्ममा कम्पनीमा बीमित वा निजका प्रतिनिधि मार्फत दाबी पर्नु आज हालसम्म पनि दाबी भुक्तानी हुन नसकेका ग्राहकहरुलाई यथाशिघ्र कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय वा आफुलाई पायक पर्ने शाखा कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरि दाबी भुक्तानीको लागि आवश्यक कागजात सम्बन्धनमा व कार्यालयमा बुझाई कम्पनीबाट प्रथम पटक प्रकाशित सूचनाको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र आफ्नो दाबी फछ्यौट गराई दाबी फरफारक गर्नहुन सूचित गरिन्छ। निर्धारित मिति सम्म पनि कम्पनीको सम्पर्कमा नआई बस्नुहुने ग्राहकहरुको हकमा निजबाट कम्पनीमा पर्न आएको दाबी भुक्तानी सम्बन्धी प्रकृया अगाडि बढाउन कम्पनी असमर्थ हुने यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराउदछौं।

This is to inform the policyholders of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited whose claims, filed through the insured or their representatives for damages under their insurance policies up to Chaitra end २०८२, have not yet been paid, to contact the company's central office or a convenient branch office as soon as possible with necessary documents for claim payment and settle their claims within ३५ days from the date of this notice, which is published for the first time by the company. We hereby inform through this notice that the company will be unable to proceed with the claim payment process for claims filed by customers who do not contact the company by the specified date.
