लक इन (Lock In) अवधि समाप्त हुने बारेको सूचना
यस सालपा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडको सामुहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको शेयर सर्वसाधारणमा शेयर बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले छ महिनासम्म लक-इनमा राखिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गते, पत्र संख्या: ८०/८९, चलानी नं. १५२३ को पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको तपसिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरको मिति २०८३/०३/२४ गते पश्चात लक-इनको अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता तथा सम्बन्धित सबै सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-in Period
We would like to inform you that the shares secured for the collective investment schemes of Salapa Bikas Bank Limited were kept in lock-in for six months from the date of allotment to the general public. As per the directive from Nepal Securities Board dated २०८०/०८/२५, letter number: ८०/८९, dispatch number: १५२३, the lock-in period for the shares mentioned in the details below will expire after २०८३/०३/२४. This notice has been published for the information of all investors and concerned stakeholders.
