यस सम्पदा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको संस्थापक समूहका केही शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,६५४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानूनको अधीनमा रही बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिबाट निर्णय भएकोले संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई नै उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई यस संस्थाको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, गैंडाकोट-५, नवलपरासी (ब.सु.पू.) मा आफुले खरिद गर्ने शेयर कित्ता संख्याको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ। संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार संस्थापक शेयरधनी बाहेकका अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ।

Urgent Notice to Promoter Shareholders Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

Some shareholders from the promoter group of Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have submitted an application to sell १,६५४ units of promoter shares registered in their name. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this financial institution to proceed with the sale process in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank and other prevailing laws, and as per the arrangement to give priority to the existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of these promoter shares, this notice has been published for the information of the promoter shareholders.
If any promoter shareholder is interested in purchasing promoter shares of this institution, they are requested to submit an application stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary documents and evidence, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, at the central office of this financial institution, Gaindakot-५, Nawalparasi (B.Su.Pu.). It is also informed to all concerned that if no application is received from the currently existing promoter shareholders within the specified period for the purchase of promoter shares, necessary actions will be taken to sell the shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing laws.
