यस सम्पदा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको संस्थापक समूहका केही शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,६५४ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानूनको अधीनमा रही बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउन यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सञ्चालक समितिबाट निर्णय भएकोले संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई नै उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुबाट तोकिएको मितिसम्म निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०७९ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८१ को बुँदा नं. २ को उप बुँदा (घ) बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय गैंडाकोट-५, नवलपरासी (बर्दघाट सुस्ता पूर्व) मा आफुले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर संख्याको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ।

This is to inform that some shareholders from the promoter group of Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have submitted an application to sell १,६५४ units of promoter shares registered in their names. The Board of Directors of this financial institution has decided to proceed with the sale process in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank's directives and other prevailing laws. As per the arrangement to prioritize existing promoter shareholders for the purchase of these shares, a ३५-day public notice was published for their information. However, since no applications were received from the promoter shareholders by the specified deadline, interested individuals/institutions wishing to purchase these promoter shares are hereby informed to submit an application, along with necessary documents, stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, to the central office of this financial institution at Gaindakot-५, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta Purba) within १५ (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, as per sub-clause (घ) of clause no. २ of directive no. १०/०८१ of Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive, २०७९.
