सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयरको बाँडफाँड सम्बन्धी सूचना
सानिगाड हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी रु.२,८५,००,००,०००/- (अक्षेरुपी दुई अर्ब पचासी करोड मात्र) को ३०% अर्थात ८५,५०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि छुट्टयाएको मध्ये जारी पूँजीको १०% अर्थात रु.२८,५०,००,०००/- रकम बराबरको रु.१००/- अंकित दरका २,८५,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्र स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरी बाँकी जारी पूँजीको २०% अर्थात रु.५७,००,००,०००/- रकम बराबरको रु.१००/- अंकित दरका ५,७०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर मध्ये १% अर्थात ५,७०,००० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरुलाई, २% अर्थात १,१४,००० कित्ता निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरुलाई र ५% अर्थात २,८५,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि बाँडफाँड गरेपश्चात बाँकी ४६,७१,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि मिति २०८३ जेठ १८ गते सोमबारदेखि मिति २०८३ जेठ २२ गते विहीबारसम्म लक्ष्मी सन्राइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रवन्धकत्वमा सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री गरिएकोमा उक्त अवधिभर प्राप्त हुन आएको रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिने आवेदकहरु मध्ये ४,६७,१०० जना आवेदकहरुलाई ४६,७१,००० कित्ता शेयर धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँड निर्देशिका २०७४ बमोजिम मिति २०८३ असार ०१ गते सोमबार बाँडफाँड गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धी सबैको लागि सूचित गर्दछौँ।
साथै यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आस्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु, कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि., सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लि., प्रत्याभुतिकर्ता, सञ्चारमाध्यमहरु तथा सम्बन्धित सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद तथा हार्दिक कृतज्ञता ज्ञापन गर्दछौँ।

Notice regarding the allotment of ordinary shares issued for the general public
Sanigad Hydro Limited had allocated ३०% i.e. ८५,५०,००० units of ordinary shares from its issued capital of Rs.२,८५,००,००,०००/- (In words: Two Billion Eighty-Five Crores only) for the general public. Out of this, २,८५,००० units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs.१००/- equivalent to Rs.२८,५०,००,०००/- were allotted to the local residents of the project-affected area. After this, from the remaining issued capital, २०% i.e. ५,७०,००० units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs.१००/- equivalent to Rs.५७,००,००,०००/- were allocated as follows: १% i.e. ५,७०,००० units for Nepalis in foreign employment, २% i.e. १,१४,००० units for employees of the issuing company, and ५% i.e. २,८५,००० units for collective investment funds. After these allotments, the remaining ४६,७१,००० units of ordinary shares were publicly issued and sold for the general public under the management of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited from Monday, २०८३ Jestha १८ to Thursday, २०८३ Jestha २२. Among the applicants who submitted valid applications during this period, ४,६७,१०० applicants were allotted ४६,७१,००० units of shares on Monday, २०८३ Ashar ०१, as per the Securities Issuance and Allotment Directive २०७४. This information is hereby provided to all concerned.
