संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्न चाहनु हुने संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई जरूरी सूचना

यस कम्पनीका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको २,६१,७३५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई नियमानुसार बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन इच्छुक हाल कायम यस कम्पनीका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणको विद्यमान व्यवस्था बमोजिम रहेका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन ईच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस कम्पनीको प्रधान कार्यालय टंगाल,काठमाडौँमा आफुले खरीद गर्न चाहेको शेयर के कति दर रेटमा खरीद गर्ने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ । संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गर्ने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य योग्य गैर संस्थापकलाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

Important Notice to Existing Promoter Shareholders Wishing to Purchase Promoter Shares

This notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders in accordance with the prevailing provisions of Nepal Insurance Authority, which mandate giving priority to existing promoter shareholders of this company wishing to purchase promoter shares, following applications submitted by promoter shareholders expressing their desire to sell २,६१,७३५ units of promoter shares registered under their names, and the decision of the Board of Directors meeting to proceed with the sales process in accordance with rules.
If any promoter shareholders wish to purchase these promoter shares, they are informed to submit an application stating the quantity and rate at which they wish to buy the shares, along with necessary documents, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice at the company's head office in Tangal, Kathmandu. It is also informed to all concerned that if no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the specified deadline, necessary proceedings will be initiated to sell the promoter shares to other eligible non-promoters as per prevailing regulations.
