बीमितहरुको पहिचान विवरण (KYC) अद्यावधिक गर्ने सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट जारी सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरण, आतङ्ककारी कार्य तथा आम विनाशकारी हातहतियार निर्माण वा विस्तारमा हुने वित्तीय लगानी निवारण सम्बन्धी निर्देशन, २०८२ को निर्देशन १(१२) बमोजिम कम्पनीका विद्यमान ग्राहकहरुको ग्राहक पहिचान विवरण लगायत अन्य विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले सम्पूर्ण ग्राहक महानुभावहरुले पहिचान खुल्ने कागजातहरु राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र (National ID Card)/नागरिकता/राहदानी र हालसालै खिचेको पासपोर्ट साईजको फोटो तथा ठेगाना, सम्पर्क नम्बर, इमेल, पेशा, आयश्रोत वा अन्य विवरणमा परिवर्तन भएको भए आवश्यक कागजात सहित नजिकको शाखा/उपशाखा कार्यालयमा उपस्थित भई ग्राहक पहिचान फाराम (KYC Form) अनिवार्य रुपमा अद्यावधिक गराउनु हुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
कार्यालयमा उपस्थित हुन असमर्थ ग्राहकहरुले आफ्नो सम्बन्धित अभिकर्ता वा कम्पनीको वेभसाईट www.sanimareliancelife.com बाट KYC फारम डाउनलोड गरी कम्पनीको ग्राहक सेवा विभागको इमेल ठेगाना [email protected] तथा WhatsApp no. (९८०१९०१८५८) मा विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्न सकिने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
Very Important Notice regarding updating KYC details of insured individuals
As per Directive 1(12) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Prevention of Financial Investment in the Production or Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Directive, २०८२, issued by Nepal Insurance Authority, the company is required to update the Know Your Customer (KYC) details and other information of its existing customers. Therefore, all esteemed customers are kindly requested to compulsorily update their Customer Identification Form (KYC Form) by visiting the nearest branch/sub-branch office with necessary documents that reveal their identity, such as National ID Card/Citizenship/Passport, a recently taken passport-sized photo, and if there are any changes in address, contact number, email, profession, source of income or other details.
Customers who are unable to visit the office in person are also requested to update their details by downloading the KYC form from their respective agent or the company's website www.sanimareliancelife.com and sending it to the company's customer service department email address [email protected] or WhatsApp no. (९८०१९०१८५८).
