सान्भि इनर्जी लिमिटेडको आइपीओ स्थानीय र वैदेशिक रोजगारीका नेपालीका लागि खुला
सान्भि इनर्जी लिमिटेडले वैशाख ५ गतेदेखि आयोजना प्रभावित इलामका स्थानीय र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि आइपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले ८ करोड ८० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको ८ लाख ८० हजार कित्ता सेयर स्थानीयलाई र २ लाख ९१ हजार कित्ता सेयर वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीलाई निष्कासन गरेको हो। स्थानीयले न्यूनतम १० र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीले न्यूनतम २० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
आवेदन अवधि स्थानीयका लागि छिटोमा वैशाख १९ गते र ढिलोमा जेठ ३ गतेसम्म र वैदेशिक रोजगारीका नेपालीका लागि वैशाख १९ गतेसम्म हुनेछ। केयर रेटिङ्स नेपालले सान्भि इनर्जीलाई ‘केयर एनपी डबल बी प्लस’ रेटिङ प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको दायित्व बहन क्षमतामा औसत जोखिम रहेको देखाउँछ।
Sanvi Energy Limited's IPO Opens for Locals and Nepalis Working Abroad
Sanvi Energy Limited has opened its IPO from Baisakh 5 (April 17) for locals affected by the project in Ilam district and for Nepalis working abroad. The company is issuing shares worth NPR 88 million — 880,000 units for project-affected locals and 291,000 units for Nepalis with foreign employment permits. Locals can apply for a minimum of 10 units, while Nepalis abroad can apply for a minimum of 20 units, both up to a maximum of 20,000 units at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
The application deadline for locals is until Baisakh 19 (May 1) at the earliest and up to Jestha 3 (May 16) if not fully subscribed, while for Nepalis working abroad, the deadline is Baisakh 19 (May 1). Care Ratings Nepal has assigned Sanvi Energy a "CARE NP Double B Plus" issuer rating, indicating an average risk regarding the company's ability to meet its obligations on time.
