सर्वसाधारणहरुको लागि निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयरको बाँडफाँट सम्बन्धी सूचना
सर्वोत्तम पेन्ट्स ईण्डष्ट्रिज लिमिटेडले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी रु.३४,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी चौतीस करोड मात्र) को २५ प्रतिशत अर्थात रु.८,५०,००,०००/- रकम बराबरको प्रति शेयर अंकित मूल्य रु.१००/- दरको ८,५०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयरको १० प्रतिशतले हुने ८५,००० कित्ता शेयर बराबरको रकम रु.८५,००,०००/- नेपाल सरकारको सम्बन्धित निकायको श्रम स्वीकृति लिई वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहिरहेका नेपाली नागरिकहरुको लागि २५% अर्थात ४२,५०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुमा बाँडफाँट गरेपश्चात् बाँकी ७,०५,५०० कित्ता (कर्मचारीहरुको लागि छुट्याइएको १७,००० कित्ता बाहेक) साधारण शेयरहरु सर्वसाधारणका लागि मिति २०८३ जेठ २८ गते विहीबारदेखि मिति २०८३ असार ०२ गते मंगलबारसम्म ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकत्वमा सार्वजनिक निष्काशन तथा बिक्री गरिएकोमा उक्त अवधिभर प्राप्त हुन आएको रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिनुहुने आवेदकहरु मध्ये ७०,५५० जना आवेदकहरुलाई ७,०५,५०० कित्ता शेयर धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका २०७४ बमोजिम मिति २०८३ असार ११ गते विहीबार बाँडफाँट गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धीत सबैको लागि सूचित गर्दछौं ।
साथै यस निष्काशन कार्यमा सहयोग तथा सद्भाव प्रदान गर्नुहुने सम्पूर्ण शुभेच्छुकहरु, लगानीकर्ता आवेदकहरु, सि-आश्वा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरु, कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालय, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि., सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ्ग लि., प्रत्याभुतिकर्ता, सञ्चारमाध्यमहरु तथा सम्बन्धीत सबै निकायहरुमा धन्यवाद तथा हार्दिक कृतज्ञता ज्ञापन गर्दछौं ।

Notice regarding the allotment of ordinary shares issued to the general public
Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited had publicly issued and sold 8,50,000 ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. १००/- per share, equivalent to Rs. ८,५०,००,०००/-, which is 25% of its issued capital of Rs. ३४,००,००,०००/- (in words: thirty-four crore only). After allotting 10% of the 8,50,000 shares, i.e., 85,000 shares amounting to Rs. ८५,००,०००/-, to Nepali citizens residing abroad with labor approval from the concerned body of the Government of Nepal, and 25% of the 8,50,000 shares, i.e., 42,500 shares, to collective investment schemes, the remaining 7,05,500 ordinary shares (excluding 17,000 shares reserved for employees) were offered to the general public from Thursday, 28th Jestha 2083 to Tuesday, 02nd Ashar 2083 under the issue and sales management of Global IME Capital Limited. Among the applicants who submitted valid applications during this period, 70,550 applicants have been allotted 7,05,500 shares on Thursday, 11th Ashar 2083, as per the Securities Issue and Allotment Directive 2074. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
