संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहनुहुने महानुभावलाई जरूरी सूचना

यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनी श्री इन्द्र प्रसाद शेरचनले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर १५,०२७ कित्ता शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनुभएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघी बढाउने निर्णय भए अनुसार उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८० को बुँदा १५ (ख) मा रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागी ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावबाट तोकिएको मिति सम्म निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८० को बुँदा १५ को उप बुँदा (ख) बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५(पन्ध्र) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बालुवाटार, काठमाडौँमा के कती कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।।

Urgent Notice to Persons Interested in Purchasing Promoter Shares

This is to inform that promoter shareholder of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited, Mr. Indra Prasad Sherchan, submitted an application expressing the desire to sell १५,०२७ promoter shares registered under his name, and upon presenting the said application to the Board of Directors meeting, a decision was made to proceed with the sale process after fulfilling due procedures. As per Clause १५ (b) of Nepal Rastra Bank Unified Directives No. १०/२०८०, priority must be given to the existing promoter shareholders of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited to purchase the promoter shares. A ३५-day public notice was published for the information of promoter shareholders, but no applications were received from promoter shareholders within the specified date. Therefore, as per Sub-clause (b) of Clause १५ of Nepal Rastra Bank Unified Directives No. १०/२०८०, other interested individuals/institutions desirous of purchasing the said promoter shares are hereby notified to submit an application specifying the number of shares to be purchased along with necessary supporting documents within १५(fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice at the Bank's Central Office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
