यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडको तपसिल बमोजिमका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले संस्थापक शेयर मध्ये तपसिल बमोजिमको शेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा राखी निवेदन दिनुभएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघी बढाउने निर्णय भए अनुसार उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन ईच्छुक यस सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाईनै प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १५ (ख) मा रहेकोले संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागी ३५ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दा उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावबाट तोकिएको मिति सम्म निवेदन प्राप्त नभएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक एकीकृत निर्देशन नं. १०/२०८२ को बुँदा १५ को उप बुँदा (ख) बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन इच्छुक अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागज प्रमाण संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बालुवाटार, काठमाण्डौमा के कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गरी लिनुहुने हो सो को व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।

Urgent Notice for those interested in purchasing Founder Shares
Notice published date: २०८३/०३/०१ in Karobar Rastriya Dainik
As per the decision to proceed with the sale process after the application submitted by the founder shareholders of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited, as detailed below, expressing their desire to sell founder shares, was presented to the Board of Directors meeting and duly processed; and since Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. १०/२०८२, Clause १५ (ख) stipulates that priority should be given to the existing founder shareholders of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited who are interested in purchasing these founder shares; and since no applications were received from founder shareholders by the specified date after the 35-day public notice was published for the purchase of these shares; therefore, as per sub-clause (ख) of Clause १५ of Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. १०/२०८२, other individuals/institutions interested in purchasing these founder shares are hereby informed to submit an application within १५ (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary documents, at the bank's central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
