यस शिखर इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडबाट बीमालेख खरिद गरी बीमालेख बमोजिम बि.स. २०८२ फागुन १६ गते देखि २०८३ जेठ १५ गते सम्म परेका दाबी निवेदन तथा दाबीहरु सम्बन्धमा बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधिबाट दाबी निवेदन प्राप्त भई हाल सम्म दाबी मुल्याङ्कनका लागि आवश्यक कागजात प्राप्त नभएको तथा बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधि सम्पर्कमा नभएका दाबीहरुका सम्बन्धमा यो सूचना प्रथम पटक प्रकाशित मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागज सहित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय दाबी विभाग, कम्पनीका प्रादेशिक कार्यालयहरु, शाखाहरुमा र कम्पनीबाट सम्बन्धित दाबीमा खटाईएका सर्भेयरहरुलाई सम्पर्क गरी आवश्यक कागजात बुझाई आफुले गरेको दाबी लिन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
कम्पनीबाट हाल सम्म बीमितका नाममा दाबी फछ्र्यौट पुर्जा पठाएको दाबीहरु सम्बन्धमा समेत उपरोक्त बमोजिमको समयावधिमा आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कागजात तथा दाबी फछ्र्यौट पुर्जामा सही छाप गरी दाबी फछ्र्यौट पुर्जा कम्पनीमा प्राप्त नभएमा तथा सम्पर्कमा नआएमा सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिको दाबी फाईल बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ। बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधिले गरेको दाबीको विस्तृत विवरण कम्पनीको वेबसाईट www.shikharinsurance.com मा हेर्न सकिने छ।

Notice Regarding Insurance Claims

Regarding the claim applications and claims received by Shikhar Insurance Company Limited from those who purchased insurance policies, as per the policy, from B.S. २०८२ Falgun १६ to २०८३ Jestha १५, for which necessary documents for claim evaluation have not yet been received, and where the insured or their representative has not been in contact, this notice requests that within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the first publication date of this notice, the necessary documents be submitted by contacting the company's Central Claim Department, regional offices, branch offices, and the surveyors assigned by the company for the respective claims, to process their claims.
Furthermore, regarding claims for which the company has already sent claim settlement receipts in the name of the insured, if all necessary documents and the claim settlement receipt with proper seal and signature are not received by the company within the aforementioned period, or if contact is not made, the claim file of the concerned person will be closed. Detailed information about claims made by the insured or their representative can be viewed on the company's website www.shikharinsurance.com.
