Shikhar Insurance's Bonus Share Adjustment, New Price Set at NPR 765.45

On Magh 30, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) adjusted the share price of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) following its book closure for the annual general meeting and dividend distribution. NEPSE adjusted a 10% bonus share allocation, setting the new share price at NPR 765.45. This price will serve as the basis for secondary market trading. On the previous trading day, the company's shares had last traded at NPR 842 per unit.

Shikhar Insurance has scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 13 at its central office, Shikhar Biz Center, Thapathali, Kathmandu. The AGM will approve a 10% bonus share and a 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes. Additionally, the meeting will pass resolutions to amend the company’s memorandum and articles of association, relocate the registered office, appoint auditors, and address other key proposals.
