शाइन रेसुङ्गा बैंकको ८% ब्याजदरमा ऋणपत्र निष्काशन सुरुShine Resunga Bank Opens Debenture Issue at 8% Interest
शाइन रेसुङ्गा डेभलपमेण्ट बैंक लिमिटेडले आज असार ३२ गतेदेखि १० वर्ष अवधिको ‘शाइन रेसुङ्गा डिबेञ्चर’ नामक ऋणपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। वार्षिक ८ प्रतिशत ब्याजदरमा जारी हुने यो ऋणपत्र प्रतिकित्ता एक हजार रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कुल १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको १० लाख कित्ता हुनेछ।
बैंकले कुल ऋणपत्रमध्ये ६० लाख कित्ता (६० करोड रुपैयाँ) व्यक्तिगत तवरबाट र बाँकी ४० लाख कित्ता (४० करोड रुपैयाँ) सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याएको छ। सर्वसाधारण तर्फ छुट्याइएको मध्ये ५ प्रतिशत अर्थात २० हजार कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्टाइएको छ। न्यूनतम २५ कित्तादेखि अधिकतम ५ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। छिटोमा साउन ४ गते र ढिलोमा साउन १४ गते निष्काशन बन्द हुनेछ।
यस ऋणपत्रको बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनआईएमबी एस क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। लगानीकर्ताले सी–आस्बा प्रणाली तथा 'मेरो शेयर' प्रयोग गरी आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इक्रा नेपालले बैंकलाई ‘ICRANP-IR BB+’ रेटिङ्ग प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले मध्यम जोखिममा रहेको संकेत गर्दछ। ब्याज रकम प्रत्येक अर्धवार्षिक आर्थिक अवधिपछि कर कट्टा गरी भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।
Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited has opened the issuance and sale of its 10-year debenture, named ‘Shine Resunga Debenture’, starting today (Asar 32). The debenture offers an annual interest rate of 8% and will be issued at a par value of NPR 1,000 per unit, totaling NPR 1 billion across 1 million units.
Out of the total issue, 600,000 units (NPR 600 million) will be privately placed, while the remaining 400,000 units (NPR 400 million) are allocated for the general public. Among the public portion, 5% or 20,000 units are reserved for mutual funds. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 500,000 units. The issue will close as early as Shrawan 4 or as late as Shrawan 14.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for this debenture. Applications can be submitted through the C-ASBA system via participating banks and financial institutions, or online through the ‘Mero Share’ portal. ICRA Nepal has assigned a credit rating of "ICRANP-IR BB+" to the bank, indicating a moderate risk in timely debt servicing. Interest payments will be made semi-annually after tax deduction.
