सिद्धार्थ प्रिमियर इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेड (SPIL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ।
इन्स्योरेन्सले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको २५ प्रतिशतका दरले नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थ सहित) वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको हो। यो निर्णय मंसिर २५ गते बसेको इन्स्योरेन्सको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा गरिएको हो।
नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृत भई आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरे पश्चात सो लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
Siddharth Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) has announced a cash dividend distribution from the profit of the last financial year for its shareholders.
The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend at the rate of 25% of its paid-up capital (including tax purposes). This decision was made during a meeting of the company's board of directors held on December 25.
The dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and being passed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
