यस बैंकका तपशिलमा उल्लिखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको संस्थापक शेयर नामसारी/बिक्री गर्न बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई नामसारी/बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएकोले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरि लिन विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी एकीकृत निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यस सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतीस) दिन कार्यालय समय भित्र यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नक्साल, काठमाडौं स्थित कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा आफुले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर संख्याको व्यहोरा खुलाई आवश्यक कागजात सहितको लिखित आवेदन दिनुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि सूचित गरिन्छ।
संस्थापक शेयर लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा वा प्राप्त निवेदनबाट प्रस्तावित सम्पूर्ण शेयरको लागि निवेदन पेश नभएमा प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम गैर संस्थापक व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई समेत संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने र सो उपर कसैको दावी उजुर बाजुर नलाग्ने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैलाई यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ।

The promoter shareholders mentioned in the details of this bank have submitted an application to the bank for the transfer/sale of promoter shares registered in their names. Upon presentation of the said application to the Board of Directors meeting, it has been decided to proceed with the transfer/sale process as per due procedure. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the integrated directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, which states that existing promoter shareholders should be given first priority to purchase these promoter shares, this public notice has been published for the information of interested existing promoter shareholders.
All concerned are hereby informed to submit a written application, along with necessary documents, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours, at the office of the Company Secretary located at the bank's Central Office, Naxal, Kathmandu.
If no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period for acquiring promoter shares, or if applications received do not cover all the proposed shares, the necessary process for selling promoter shares to non-promoter individuals or institutions will be initiated as per prevailing law, and it is hereby informed to all concerned through this notice that no claims or objections will be entertained thereafter.
