यस बैंकका तपशिलमा उल्लिखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको देहाय बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयर नामसारी/बिक्री गर्न बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई नामसारी/बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भई संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गरी लिन विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकद्वारा जारी एकीकृत निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०२/०७ गतेको आर्थिक राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु मध्ये बाट शेयर खरिदको लागि लिखित जानकारी पेश हुन नआएकोमा उक्त शेयरहरु अन्य व्यक्ति/संस्थालाई समेत बिक्री प्रयोजनार्थ यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ७ (सात) दिन कार्यालय समयभित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय नक्साल, काठमाडौं स्थित कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा आफुले खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयर संख्याको व्यहोरा खुलाई लिखित आवेदन दिनुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

The promoter shareholder mentioned in the details below has submitted an application to the bank to transfer/sell the promoter shares registered in their name. When this application was presented at the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the transfer/sale process after due diligence. As per the integrated directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, existing promoter shareholders should be given first priority to purchase the promoter shares. A 35-day notice was published in the Aarthik Rastriya Dainik on २०८३/०२/०७ for the information of interested existing promoter shareholders. Since no written information was received from existing promoter shareholders within that period for the purchase of shares, this notice has been published for the purpose of selling these shares to other individuals/institutions as well.
This notice is published for the information of all concerned, requesting them to submit a written application, clearly stating the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with the necessary documents, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours, at the Company Secretary's office located at the bank's Central Office, Naxal, Kathmandu.
