यस सिद्धार्थ प्रिमियर इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडमा २०८२ चैत मसान्त सम्ममा परेको दावीहरुको निवेदन प्राप्त भएको तर तत्पश्चात हालसम्म दावी मुल्याङ्कनका लागि आवश्यक कागजात सहित सम्पर्कमा नआउनु भएका बीमितहरुको लामो समय देखि दावी भुक्तानी बाँकी रहेको हुँदा दावी फछ्र्यौटका लागि आवश्यक कागजात सहित यस कम्पनीको नजिकको प्रदेश, शाखा तथा उपशाखा कार्यालय वा कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बबरमहल, काठमाडौं र सम्बन्धित सर्भेयरलाई यथाशिघ्र सम्पर्क गरी आफ्नो बीमा दावीको सम्बन्धित कागजात बुझाई दावी फछ्र्यौट कार्यमा सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन अनुरोध छ ।
यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको १५ दिन भित्र दावी सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कागजात प्राप्त नभएमा त्यस्ता सबै दावी फाइल बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचनाबाट जानकारी गराउँदछौ ।

Regarding insured persons who have outstanding insurance claims to contact

Applications for claims received by Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited until the end of Chaitra २०८२ have been received. However, since then, insured persons who have not contacted us with the necessary documents for claim evaluation and whose claim payments have been outstanding for a long time are requested to promptly contact the nearest provincial, branch, or sub-branch office of this company, or the company's central office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, and the concerned surveyors, to submit their insurance claim-related documents and assist in the claim settlement process.
We also inform through this notice that if the necessary documents related to claims are not received within १५ days from the date of publication of this notice, all such claim files will be closed.
