सिंगटी हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेडले हाल कायम चुक्तापुँजीमा १ः१ अनुपात (१००%) हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। सोमबार बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हकप्रदबाट जुट्ने रकम कम्पनीको ऋण चुक्ता गर्न उपयोग गरिने स्पष्ट गरेको छ।
यो प्रस्ताव आगामी साधारणसभाबाट अनुमोदन भएपछि कार्यान्वयनमा आउनेछ।
Singati Hydro Energy Limited has decided to issue 1:1 (100%) rights shares on its existing paid-up capital. The decision was endorsed by the board meeting held on Monday.
The company stated that the funds raised from the rights issue will be used to settle outstanding loans, and the proposal will be forwarded to the upcoming AGM for approval.
