काठमाडौँ — औषधि उत्पादक सोपान फर्मास्युटिकल्स लिमिटेडको सेयर आउँदो सोमबारदेखि दोस्रो बजारमा किनबेच हुने भएको छ । शुक्रबार कम्पनीको आईपीओ नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा 'एसओपीएल' कारोबार संकेतसहित सूचीकृत भएसँगै नियमित कारोबारको बाटो खुलेको हो ।
पहिलो दिनको कारोबारका लागि नेप्सेले कम्पनीको सेयरको मूल्य दायरा (ओपनिङ रेन्ज) प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम ९२.१५ देखि अधिकतम २७६.४५ रुपैयाँसम्म तोकेको छ । स्पेसल प्रि-ओपन सत्रमा तोकिएको दायराभित्र कारोबार भएपछि मात्र नियमित सत्र सुरु हुनेछ ।
नेप्सेमा कम्पनीका १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका कुल १ करोड ७१ लाख ६० हजार कित्ता सेयर सूचीकृत भएका छन् । त्यसमध्ये २५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ४२ लाख ९० हजार कित्ता सर्वसाधारणतर्फ र ७५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् १ करोड २८ लाख ७० हजार कित्ता संस्थापक समूहको नाममा छ ।
सूचीकरण भएको दोस्रो कारोबार दिनदेखि आईपीओको सेयर किनबेचमा आउने नेप्सेको नियमअनुसार सोपानको सेयर सोमबारबाट कारोबार सुरु हुन लागेको हो ।
KATHMANDU — Shares of drugmaker Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited will begin trading on the secondary market from this coming Monday. The path to regular trading opened on Friday, when the company's IPO shares were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) under the trading symbol 'SOPL'.
For the first day of trading, NEPSE has set the stock's opening range at a minimum of Rs 92.15 and a maximum of Rs 276.45 per share. The regular session will commence only after a trade is executed within that range during the special pre-open session.
A total of 17.16 million shares of the company, carrying a face value of Rs 100 each, have been listed on the exchange. Of these, 25 percent — 4.29 million shares — belong to the general public, while the remaining 75 percent, or 12.87 million shares, are held by the promoter group.
Under NEPSE rules, IPO shares come into trading from the second trading day after listing, which is why Sopan's shares will start changing hands from Monday.
