सुपरमाई हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (एसएमएच) ले आफ्ना सेयरधनीका लागि हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्न विद्युत् नियमन आयोगबाट पूर्वस्वीकृति पाएको छ।
कम्पनीले यसअघि आफ्नो ११ औं वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट १:१ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्दै सहमतिका लागि आयोगमा पठाएको थियो। यद्यपि, आयोगले भने केही परिमार्जनसहित १:०.९२५२ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर ल्याउन पूर्वस्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको हो।
यससँगै कम्पनीले सय रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका ५९ लाख ४० हजार कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्नेछ। यसबाट जम्मा हुने ५९ करोड ४० लाख रुपैयाँ रकम कम्पनीले नबिल बैंकबाट लिएको ऋण तिर्न प्रयोग गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) has received pre-approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue right shares to its existing shareholders.
Earlier, the company's 11th Annual General Meeting had endorsed a proposal to issue right shares in a 1:1 ratio and forwarded it to the commission for consent. However, the regulatory body granted its preliminary approval with a slight adjustment, allowing the company to issue the shares at a ratio of 1:0.9252.
Following this approval, the hydropower company will now float 5,940,000 units of right shares at a par value of Rs 100, amounting to a total of Rs 59.40 crore. The company has stated that the funds raised from this share issuance will be utilized to settle its outstanding loan with Nabil Bank.
