यस वित्तीय संस्थाका तपशिलको संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको हुँदा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अतः संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतीस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक विदा परेमा सोको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक स्थित प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको म्याद भित्र निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा वा प्राप्त निवेदनबाट उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण शेयर बिक्री नभएमा प्रचलित कानून/व्यवस्था बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने गरी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

The promoter shareholder listed below has submitted an application to this financial institution to sell the promoter shares registered in their name. As the Board of Directors' meeting has decided to proceed with the sale process in due form, and as per the Nepal Rastra Bank directive which mandates prioritizing existing promoter shareholders during the sale of promoter shares, this notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders. Therefore, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing promoter shares are requested to submit a written application along with necessary documents to the Administration Department at the central office of this financial institution, Banepa-५, Kavrepalanchok, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (if that day is a public holiday, then on the next working day when the office is open), during office hours.
It is also informed through this notice that if no application is received within the stipulated period, or if all the shares mentioned are not sold through the received applications, the necessary process will be initiated to sell the promoter shares to other individuals or institutions as per prevailing laws/regulations.
