यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश भई रित पुऱ्याई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको हुदा, संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई यस अधिने ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा रित पुर्व निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नभएको हुनाले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारण महानुभावहरुलाई यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक विदा परेमा सोको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक स्थित प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ।

The promoter shareholders of this financial institution have submitted an application to the financial institution to sell the promoter shares registered in their names. Since the said application was presented at the meeting of the Board of Directors and a decision was made to proceed with the sale process in due course, and as per the Nepal Rastra Bank's directive to prioritize existing promoter shareholders when selling promoter shares, a 35-day notice was previously published, but no formal application was received. Therefore, interested general public individuals wishing to purchase promoter shares are hereby informed to submit a written application with necessary documents within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a public holiday, then the next working day) during office hours, at the Administration Department located at the central office of this financial institution, Banepa-५, Kavrepalanchok.
