Swarojgar Laghubitta’s FPO Allotment on Friday

Swarojgar Laghubitta’s FPO allotment is scheduled for Friday at 10 AM at NMB Capital, Baluwatar. With applications 119.85 times oversubscribed, it will be allotted via lottery. Out of 1,882,422 applicants, only 19,577 will receive shares. The company issued an FPO worth NPR 19,577,300.

The FPO aims to meet the 30% public shareholding requirement under the Banking Act. ICRA Nepal assigned it a ‘Double B Minus’ rating, valid until July 28, 2025.
