स्वरोजगार लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले आजदेखि थप सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (एफपीओ) मा आवेदन खुला गरेको छ। अंकित मूल्य १ सय रुपैयाँका दरले १ लाख ९५ हजार ७७३ कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि उपलब्ध गराइएको हो। लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १ हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। इक्रा नेपालबाट बीबी माइनस रेटिङ प्राप्त कम्पनीको यो एफपीओमा फागुन २१ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनएमबी क्यापिटलले अनलाइन प्रणाली मेरोसेयरमार्फत आवेदन प्रक्रिया सहज बनाएको छ। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी ६७ करोड ११ लाख रुपैयाँ छ। पुस मसान्तसम्मको अपरिस्कृत वित्तीय विवरणअनुसार कम्पनीको प्रतिसेयर नेटवर्थ १६४ रुपैयाँ र वार्षिक प्रतिसेयर आम्दानी २६ रुपैयाँ २३ पैसा रहेको छ। दोस्रो बजारमा सोमबार कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता १ हजार २७ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। विश्लेषकहरूले यो एफपीओ लगानीकर्ताका लागि आकर्षक अवसर बन्न सक्ने बताएका छन्।
Swarozgar Laghubitta Financial Institution has opened applications for its Further Public Offering (FPO) starting today. A total of 195,773 shares, with a face value of NPR 100 each, have been made available for the general public. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1,000 shares. Rated BB-minus by ICRA Nepal, the company has set the application deadline for March 5.
NMB Capital, the issue manager, has facilitated the application process through the online Mero Share system. The company’s current paid-up capital stands at NPR 671.1 million. According to the unaudited financial statement as of mid-January, the company’s net worth per share is NPR 164, with an annualized earnings per share of NPR 26.23. In the secondary market, the company’s share price was NPR 1,027 per share on Monday. Analysts suggest that this FPO could be an attractive opportunity for investors.
