तारागाँउ रिजेन्सी होटल्सको आम्दानीमा ८.२९% ले उकालो
तारागाँउ रिजेन्सी होटल्स लिमिटेड (TRH) ले चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को दोस्रो त्रैमासको अपरिष्कृत वित्तीय विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। पछिल्लो विवरण अनुसार, कम्पनीको आम्दानी र मुनाफामा सामान्य वृद्धि देखिएको छ।
खुद नाफामा २.८४% वृद्धि
यस अवधिमा कम्पनीले १८ करोड ६७ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा आर्जन गरेको छ, जुन गत वर्षको सोही अवधिको तुलनामा २.८४ प्रतिशतले बढी हो। अघिल्लो वर्ष यही अवधिमा कम्पनीले १८ करोड १६ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको थियो।
सञ्चालन आम्दानीमा ८.८२% वृद्धि
कम्पनीको सञ्चालन आम्दानी (Revenue from Operations) गत वर्षको तुलनामा ८.८२% ले बढेर ६९ करोड ४८ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
त्यस्तै, अन्य आम्दानी (Other Income) पनि ३.८२% ले वृद्धि भएर ७ करोड ८५ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
कुल आम्दानी ७७ करोड ३१ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जसमा ८.२९% को वृद्धि भएको छ।
EPS घट्दा प्रतिशेयर नेटवर्थ बढ्यो
कम्पनीको प्रतिशेयर आम्दानी (EPS) भने २१ पैसा घटेर १९ रुपैयाँ ०४ पैसा मा सीमित भएको छ।
तर, प्रतिशेयर नेटवर्थ (Net Worth Per Share) भने १०.८४ रुपैयाँ बढेर १५६.४८ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
कम्पनीको मूल्य-आम्दानी अनुपात (P/E Ratio) ५५.२५ गुणा रहेको छ।
पूँजी संरचना र जगेडा कोष
कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी १ अर्ब ९६ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
जगेडा कोषमा १ अर्ब १० करोड रुपैयाँ सञ्चित रहेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा २८.७१% ले वृद्धि भएको छ।
तारागाँउ रिजेन्सी होटल्सको वित्तीय अवस्थालाई हेर्दा, कम्पनीले आम्दानी वृद्धि गर्न सफल भए पनि प्रतिशेयर आम्दानीमा सामान्य गिरावट आएको देखिन्छ। कुल नाफा भने सकारात्मक रूपमा वृद्धि भई होटल क्षेत्रको सुधार संकेत गरेको छ। आगामी त्रैमासमा पर्यटन क्षेत्रको सुधार भएमा होटलको वित्तीय प्रदर्शन अझै मजबुत हुन सक्ने अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ।

Net Profit Rises by 2.84%
During this period, the company reported a net profit of NPR 186.7 million, reflecting a 2.84% increase compared to the same period last year when the company earned NPR 181.6 million in net profit.
Operational Revenue Up by 8.82%
The company’s operational revenue grew by 8.82% to NPR 694.8 million compared to the previous year.
Similarly, other income increased by 3.82% to NPR 78.5 million.
The total income reached NPR 773.4 million, marking an 8.29% growth compared to the previous year.
EPS Declines, But Net Worth Per Share Increases
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) dropped by 21 paisa, settling at NPR 19.04.
However, the net worth per share increased by NPR 10.84, reaching NPR 156.48.
The price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 55.25 times.
Capital Structure & Reserve Fund
The company has a paid-up capital of NPR 1.96 billion.
The reserve fund has grown by 28.71%, reaching NPR 1.1 billion.
Taragaon Regency Hotels has demonstrated steady revenue growth, but the slight decline in EPS suggests some challenges in maintaining per-share profitability. The overall increase in net profit and reserves, however, reflects a positive trend in the company’s financial health.
