टाइम फर्मास्युटिकल्स लिमिटेडको बुक बिल्डिङ्ग निर्देशिका, २०७७ बमोजिम जारी पूँजीको २०.५० प्रतिशत अर्थात १०,८६,५०० कित्ताको ४० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने ४,३४,६०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताहरुलाई बुक बिल्डिङ्ग विधिबाट धितोपत्र निष्काशन गर्ने प्रयोजनका बुक बिल्डिङ्ग विधि मार्फत योग्य संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताहरुलाई बिक्री गर्ने कार्यको लागि बुक बिल्डिङ्ग निर्देशिकाको दफा ७ बमोजिम मिति २०८३/०३/१९ गते होटल याक एण्ड यती, काठमाण्डौमा रोडशो कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको र उक्त कार्यक्रम पश्चात योग्य संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताहरुले ५ (पाँच) कार्यदिनभित्र अर्थात अन्तिम मिति २०८३ साल असार २६ गतेका दिन साँझ ५:०० बजेभित्र नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड, सिंहदरबार प्लाजा, काठमाण्डौमा शिलबन्दी आशयपत्र बुझाउनको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
साथै उक्त गोप्य शिलबन्दी आशयपत्र यहि मिति २०८३ साल असार २९ गतेका दिन बिहान ८:०० बजे नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लिमिटेड, सिंहदरबार प्लाजा, काठमाण्डौमा खोलिने जानकारीको लागि समेत यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice regarding submission and opening of sealed bids for shares to be issued through book building method
As per the Book Building Directive, २०७७, of Time Pharmaceuticals Limited, a roadshow program was held on २०८३/०३/१९ at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu, for the purpose of issuing 4,३४,६०० units of ordinary shares to eligible institutional investors through the book building method. These shares represent 40 percent of 10,८६,५०० units, which is 20.50 percent of the issued capital. Following the program, this notice has been published for eligible institutional investors to submit sealed bids within 5 (five) working days, i.e., by 5:00 PM on २०८३ Ashar २६, at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, as per Section 7 of the Book Building Directive.
Furthermore, this notice is also published to inform that the said sealed bids will be opened on २०८३ Ashar २९, at 8:00 AM, at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu.
