ट्रेड टावरको आईपीओ नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत, भोलिदेखि कारोबार खुल्नेTrade Tower IPO Listed on NEPSE, Trading to Begin from Wednesday
नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडको आईपीओ सेयर सूचीकृत भएको छ। मंगलबार नेप्सेमा कम्पनीका जम्मा ८१ लाख ५६ हजार ९७ कित्ता सेयर सूचीकृत भएका हुन्। जसमा सर्वसाधारणका लागि वितरण गरिएको ३९ लाख ७१ हजार ६९३ कित्ता सेयर र संस्थापक समूहको ४२ लाख ८४ हजार ४०४ कित्ता सेयर समावेश छन्।
सूचीकृत सेयरको कारोबार भोलि बुधबारबाट सुरु हुने नेप्सेले जानकारी दिएको छ। पहिलो दिनको कारोबारका लागि कम्पनीको ओपनिङ रेन्ज प्रतिकित्ता न्यूनतम १२३ रुपैयाँ ९ पैसा र अधिकतम ३६९ रुपैयाँ २७ पैसा तोकिएको छ। नेप्सेले ट्रेड टावरलाई 'टीटीएल' संकेत प्रदान गरेको छ।
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Trade Tower Limited has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On Tuesday, a total of 8,156,097 shares of the company were officially listed. This includes 3,971,693 shares allocated to the general public and 4,284,404 shares held by the company’s promoters.
According to NEPSE, trading of these shares will commence from Wednesday. For the first day of trading, NEPSE has set an opening range between NPR 123.09 and NPR 369.27 per share. The company has been assigned the trading symbol ‘TTL’.
