ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) को बाँडफाँड आज सम्पन्न भएको छ। उक्त बाँडफाँड काठमाडौंको गौशालास्थित होटल क्रिस्टल पशुपतिमा बिहान सम्पन्न गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले जेठ १४ गतेदेखि २० गतेसम्म कुल ३२ लाख ९६ हजार ५ सय ५.१९ कित्ता साधारण सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो। आईपीओमा अत्यधिक आवेदन परेपछि गोलाप्रथामार्फत सेयर बाँडफाँड गरिएको हो।

The IPO allotment of Trade Tower Limited, issued to the general public, has been successfully completed today. The allotment ceremony took place at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gaushala, Kathmandu.
The company had opened its public offering from Jestha 14 to Jestha 20, issuing a total of 32,96,505.19 units of ordinary shares to the general public. Due to an oversubscription, the shares were allotted through a lottery system.
