काठमाडौं — प्रभु म्युचुअल फन्डअन्तर्गत सञ्चालित दुईवटा योजनाले आफ्ना इकाइधनीहरूलाई १२ प्रतिशतका दरले (करसहित) नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने भएका छन् । योजना व्यवस्थापक प्रभु क्यापिटलको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को मुनाफाबाट 'प्रभु सेलेक्ट फन्ड' र 'प्रभु स्मार्ट फन्ड'का लगानीकर्तालाई उक्त प्रतिफल दिने निर्णय गरेको हो ।
क्यापिटलका अनुसार लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि आगामी भदौ २५ गते बिहीबार एक दिनका लागि दुवै योजनाको इकाइधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द (बुक क्लोज) गरिनेछ । यसको अर्थ, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा भदौ २४ गते बुधबारसम्म कारोबार भई कायम रहेका इकाइधनीहरूले मात्र कम्पनीले तोकेको उक्त लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन् ।
भदौ ५ गते बसेको क्यापिटलको २३३ औं सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले गरेको निर्णयअनुसार बन्दमुखी योजना 'प्रभु सेलेक्ट फन्ड'ले कुल १५ करोड रुपैयाँ र 'प्रभु स्मार्ट फन्ड'ले १२ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद प्रतिफल बाँड्नेछन् । यससम्बन्धी औपचारिक सूचना सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताको जानकारीका लागि भदौ १६ गतेको राष्ट्रिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा प्रकाशन गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Two mutual fund schemes operating under the Prabhu Mutual Fund are set to distribute a 12% cash dividend (including tax) to their respective unitholders. The Board of Directors of the scheme manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, made the decision to allocate these returns to the investors of 'Prabhu Select Fund' and 'Prabhu Smart Fund' from the profits generated in the fiscal year 2082/83.
To facilitate the dividend distribution, the unitholders' registration book for both schemes will be officially closed (book close) for one day on Thursday, Bhadra 25. As a result, only those investors who hold units traded on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) up until Wednesday, Bhadra 24, will be eligible to claim the announced cash return.
According to the decision made during the 233rd board meeting held on Bhadra 5, the closed-end scheme 'Prabhu Select Fund' will distribute a total of Rs. 150 million in cash dividends, while 'Prabhu Smart Fund' will distribute Rs. 120 million. The company has also noted that an official public notice regarding this dividend declaration will be published in a national daily newspaper on Bhadra 16 for general investors.
