युनाइटेड अजोड इन्सुरेन्स लिमिटेडले हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको जेठ ९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले १००:१५ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। यसका लागि नेपाल बिमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृति लिनुपर्नेछ, जसपछि आगामी साधारण सभामा प्रस्ताव पेश गरिनेछ। साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढ्नेछ।
हाल युनाइटेड अजोड इन्सुरेन्स लिमिटेडको चुक्ता पुँजी २ अर्ब १० करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। हकप्रद सेयर जारी गरेपछि कम्पनीको पुँजी २ अर्ब ४१ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ। यसले कम्पनीको वित्तीय क्षमता थप बलियो बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णयले शेयरधारकहरूमा सकारात्मक असर पार्नेछ। यो निर्णयले कम्पनीको विकास र बिस्तारमा थप टेवा पुग्ने देखिन्छ। साथै, बीमा क्षेत्रमा पनि यो एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हुनेछ।
