युनाइटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फ ६,६३३ कित्ता अवितरित हकप्रद शेयरहरु मिति २०८३/०२/२१ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०३/०८ गतेसम्म लिलाम बढाबढ द्वारा खरीद गर्न आह्वान गरिएकोमा उक्त अवधिभित्र प्राप्त शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रहरु मिति २०८३/०३/११ गतेका दिन खोली आवश्यक रुजु गरि प्रचलित कानून तथा धितोपत्र सम्बन्धी नियम, निर्देशिकाको अधिनमा रहि मिति २०८३/०३/१६ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
आवेदकहरुको बाँडफाँडमा नपरेको शेयर वापतको रकम फिर्ता भुक्तानी मिति २०८३/०३/१८ गते बिहीबार देखि आवेदकहरुले आफ्नो आवेदन फाराममा उल्लेख गरेको बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खातामा IPS मार्फत रकमान्तर गरिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
साथै, बाँडफाँडको अन्तिम मूल्य (Cut-Off Price) रु. १४०।५० रहेको र उक्त मूल्यमा बोलपत्र पेश गर्नेहरुको हकमा सापेक्षिक भारअनुसार समानुपातिक रुपमा बाँडफाँड गरिएको जानकारी गराउँदछौं।

United Ajod Insurance Limited had invited bids for the purchase of ६,६३३ units of undistributed right shares for the general public group through auction from २०८३/०२/२१ to २०८३/०३/०८. The sealed bids received within that period were opened on २०८३/०३/११, duly verified, and allotted on २०८३/०३/१६ in accordance with prevailing laws and securities rules and directives. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
We would like to inform that the refund payment for shares not allotted to applicants will be transferred via IPS to the bank/financial institution account mentioned in their application form, starting from Thursday, २०८३/०३/१८.
Furthermore, we would like to inform that the final allotment price (Cut-Off Price) is रु. १४०।५०, and for those who submitted bids at this price, the shares have been allotted proportionally based on relative weight.
